About The Role

We have an exciting new role for a Technical Customer Success Executive to join our team in Warrington! This role is office based, hybrid working is not available.

The Technical Customer Success Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey to an industry-leading standard, delivering exceptional service in alignment with company standards and SLAs.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for customers, internal colleagues and depots, ensuring ease of doing business and fostering strong relationships 
  • Deliver accurate and timely hire contract administration
  • Follow up on enquiries to increase conversion rates and respond to invoice queries professionally
  • Manage off-hire requests and contract closures promptly and accurately 
  • Upsell products using CRM data and cross-selling techniques 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment, services, and digital tools to provide accurate information and support
  • Proactively resolve issues to uphold operational excellence 
  • Perform outbound sales calls to promote new products and reactivate dormant accounts to increase spend

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following skill set and behaviours:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • A customer-focused mindset, high attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
  • Computer literate with experience in CRM systems and digital tools 
  • Creative thinker with process improvement ideas. High degree of proactivity with commercial awareness
  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrating an organised approach and ability to manage a changeable workload
  • Proven basic understanding of electrical principles and power requirements 
  • Holder of a GCSE C/ Level 4 in Maths and English 
  • Knowledge of power equipment and hire experience (desirable)
  • Experience in a sales environment, or hire industry (desirable)
  • Holder of a degree (desirable)
