You don’t need industry experience

“I started at Sunbelt with no experience in the Hire Industry, and this isn’t something you should be worried about when thinking of applying for a role here. There are plenty of people on hand to help and support, I was given great initial training from the team and was then able to pick up the rest on the job. I had good customer service skills so knew how to interact with people over the phone and in person, I just needed to grow my product knowledge. I won Hire Controller of the Year at our 2022 Hall of Fame Awards; this was great achievement for me and I’m excited to see what the future brings for me!”

Bronwyn Griffiths, Team Leader - “It's been a challenging but rewarding journey, and I'm excited to continue learning and growing.”

“My day-to-day responsibilities as a Team Leader include responding to product sales enquiries, distributing workloads to the team in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities to further support our customers. 

I also support the e-commerce desk with web orders and work closely with the sales teams to make sure our customers are happy with their quotes and orders. Sometimes, I even have direct contact with our suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s a lot to manage, but I enjoy the challenge and the variety of tasks that come my way.”
