Community and Charity @ Sunbelt

Community

Community ….. It’s really important to us to give something back to our local communities, so our teams are always thinking of how they can support local initiatives, for example loaning equipment to schools and volunteering our time to community project and schemes. 

In summer 2019 the Sunbelt Preston team supported the DIY SOS Big Build for Children in Need for the local charity Nightsafe in Blackburn.

Charity

Charity ….. At Sunbelt we carry out some wonderful charity work and over the years we’ve raised thousands of pounds for some very worthy causes.

Our primary charity partner this year is The Prince’s Trust and we’re a Silver Patron, with a commitment to raise £250,000. The charity are dedicated to changing thousands of young lives, supporting the most underprivileged young people in the UK.

Our Sunbelt ‘Charity Champions’ are busy helping us all to achieve this goal through a variety of fun fundraising events including the Three Peaks challenge, a ‘Dragons Den’ style programme and lots of local activities such as ‘dress down’ days and raffles to win great prizes.
