We have an exciting new role for an Internal Sales Manager to join the Sales Team. In the role you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients in the equipment rental industry. This role involves understanding customer needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through planned account management and upselling opportunities.
Your key objectives will be to ensure that:
- Customer Relationship Management- Building a strong long lasting relationships, being the primary point of contact addressing any issues and queries.
- Sales and Revenue Growth- Develop and implement basic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth, along with identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Market and Product Knowledge- Offer expert advice and solutions to help clients optimize their rental needs and improve their operational efficiency, keeping up to date with all of the new equipment
- Operational Excellence- Coordinate with all internal department, monitoring account activity and managing all documentation
- Performance Reporting- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to senior management. Along with analysing data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a comprehensive understanding of the equipment rental market.
