This role will be responsible for leading and managing projects using Agile methodologies within the organization. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aimed at enhancing the company's digital capabilities and improving operational efficiency.
What will you be doing?
- Project Planning and Management: Develop and deliver detailed project plans
- Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote Agile practices
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans
- Release Planning and Coordination: Be responsible for planning and coordinating software releases
The role will be based on a Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office.
