An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources Team at Sunbelt Rentals UK as a People Business Partner.
It will be your role to facilitate and lead the delivery of strategic and operational People initiatives and projects within a specified region/business area(s) aligned to the company strategy and objectives. You'll ensure that our people are highly engaged, high performing and working collaboratively to help the Company to deliver its goals.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for HR with proven experience of developing and delivering a people plan that enables a high performance culture. You'll have the credibility to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a multi-site environment and a collaborative approach to working closely with the wider HR Team and Finance colleagues.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will have line management responsibility for a Regional ER Advisor.
Based from home, the geographical area you will predominantly cover is from Stoke to Inverness, however you will also partner with some of our Nationwide Teams. We anticipate applicants will be living in a location with good transport links to effectively operate in this regional role, for example the M62 corridor.
