About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Product Manager to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals. 

The Product Manager role is responsible for defining, planning, and executing the technology product strategy and roadmap in alignment with Sunbelt Rentals’ strategic goals. This role bridges business objectives with engineering execution to deliver measurable outcomes against OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the technology product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with business product owners to identify opportunities, define requirements, and translate these into actionable technology initiatives.
  • Define and manage success metrics including OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs for all product areas.
  • Partner with engineering to prioritise features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead sprint and release planning sessions with engineering to ensure alignment between roadmap priorities and delivery capacity.
  • Track progress against key milestones, managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Communicate roadmap updates, delivery progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Act as the central point of contact between technology, engineering, and business teams to ensure shared understanding and collaboration.
  • Champion a data-driven, outcome-oriented culture within the technology organisation.
  • Monitor delivery performance and compliance with internal governance and standards.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for process and performance optimisation.

About You

You will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining a professional and approachable manner. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
 
 Essential
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in a technology environment
  • Strong background in roadmap development, prioritisation frameworks, and agile delivery
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to define and deliver outcomes
  • Understanding of OKR, SLA, and KPI frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset; ability to use data to drive decisions

 Desirable

  • Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and architecture fundamentals
  • Experience with Azure Devops, Copado, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or Productboard
