This role will be primarily based within our central support office, with potential travel to wider business locations, whilst also working remotely on occasions. You will learn to:
- Assist experienced Project Managers, developing the skills to plan & organise IT projects
- Understand how to define project goals and deliverables
- Develop the skills to manage small, medium and large-scale IT projects, gaining an understanding of risk management, budgeting and resource management
- Communicate effectively with & manage the stakeholders as part of a large project
- Assist the portfolio manager with prioritising IT requests for work, and support the project co-ordinator in managing projects using the appropriate software & methodologies
- Engage with colleagues from across multiple areas of the organisation, expanding your team working and communication skills
- Manage a varied workday in a fast-paced operational environment, learning to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Apprenticeship Training
You will be completing a level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship Standard. This will be delivered using a combination of.
- Workplace experience to gain practical skills
- Guidance and training from an experienced workplace mentor & a range of colleagues
- Industry recognised training leading to an apprenticeship qualification. This is delivered remotely with the support of a skills coach to ensure successful completion
- Inclusion in relevant Sunbelt Rentals training sessions to develop your professional skills. This may require some travel to other business locations

- This role will require the successful candidate to complete a DBS check at offer stage due to the nature of the role
