In this role you will manage a team of Sales Coordinators, you'll be responsible for delivering a world class service whilst using product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities. Your days will be spent leading your team and communicating with customers on the telephone or via email in a professional and friendly manner. Key Duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service whilst managing customer expectations via our supply chain partners.
- Working in partnership with our network colleagues to ensure that the Customer experiences both an optimum and seamless service.
- Developing a strong sense of customer ownership, being fully conversant with all aspects of the relevant SLA and customer requirements and processes.
- Supporting the Head Of Fuel with reporting requirements for both customers and senior management
- Leading on both internal and external audit requirements
- Weekly pricing updates cascaded to the business
