About The Role

We’re looking for the very best talent to join us at this exciting time in our journey, as we continue to strengthen our market leader position by providing an even better customer experience. We have an exciting new role for a Head of Sales with the primary aim of managing the team of Account Managers who cover Government and Events National customers. 

Working closely with the account managers to develop and deliver a commercial strategy for our products in order to achieve high ROI goals in accordance to the Sunbelt Rentals business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include providing both strategic and tactical leadership and direction to the Account Managers to ensure that sales targets are achieved and exceeded, our technical experts are utilised effectively, and an exceptional customer experience is delivered.

Key success criteria will include:

  • Exceed revenue target and budget expectations by growing sales
  • Improving ROI
  • Manage rates quoted to support the delivery of a total event equipment solution
  • Managing and developing an outstanding sales team
  • Working collaboratively across the whole sales organisation in Sunbelt Rentals
  • Increasing the customer base
  • Improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer complaints / queries
  • Reducing customer attrition rates
  • Effectively utilise our planned CRM processes
  • Annual price improvement
  • Innovation 
  • Agree training and development plans for the team you manage
