It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Customer Service Administrator you'll be supporting the hire desk team, you will be tasked with supporting the operation by providing an effective and efficient office administration service that complies with company policies.
In this role you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service whilst using product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities. Your days will be spent providing administrative support to the business by undertaking a wide range of activities involving the maintenance of key business systems and processes. You’ll enjoy thinking on your feet and using your initiative to ensure we deliver the very best experience for our customers and that we continue to improve our service.
