Joining an established and busy team, working remotely delivery training in the Service Centres, this a fantastic opportunity for a trainer who is looking for a new challenge.
This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
The purpose of this role is to deliver engaging, learner‑centred training solutions that build capability across the organisation, combining effective in‑person and virtual facilitation with high‑quality digital learning created using tools such as Articulate and Vyond. Operating as a key member of the Learning & Development team, the role ensures that all learning content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business priorities — supporting colleagues’ performance, professional growth, and the wider organisational learning strategy.
Learning Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver engaging, learner‑centric training that meets business requirements, using a mix of classroom, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
- Adapt facilitation style dynamically to suit different audiences, learning preferences, and delivery environments.
- Use coaching, group discussion, scenario‑based activities, and guided practice to deepen understanding and encourage active participation.
- Support learners before, during, and after sessions through pre‑work, digital resources, and follow‑up activities to embed learning.
Digital Learning Design & Content Creation (Articulate & Vyond)
- Design, storyboard, and build high‑quality digital learning materials using Articulate (Rise/Storyline) and Vyond to create interactive, modern, and visually engaging learning experiences.
- Convert face‑to‑face content into digital formats while maintaining instructional integrity and learner engagement.
- Develop microlearning, animations, scenario‑based modules, knowledge checks, and blended‑learning materials to support scalable training delivery.
- Ensure all digital learning complies with accessibility, branding, tone‑of‑voice, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the L&D Digital Lead where needed to ensure consistency with wider digital‑learning strategy.
