Van Driver

Are you ready to be a part of our rapidly developing business. We are looking for a talented Van Driver to join our team to ensure timely collection and deliveries from customer sites whilst consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

What will you be doing?

• Operating light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes for transportation of goods
• Ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before commencing any journey, as well as the safe loading, unloading and security of the vehicle load
• Visiting customer locations, communicating with both internal and external customers
• Ensuring that the legal and company safety requirements, alongside the working time directive regulations are adhered to at all times

What are we looking for?

• Full UK manual driving license – category B – with no more than 6 points
• Proactive approach to safety of company vehicles and other drivers
• A polite manner at all times when visiting customer premises
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• Good communication skills
• Geographical knowledge and LCV experience (desirable)
• Ability to use IT systems (desirable)
