We have an exciting new role for a Business Development Manager to join our Test and Monitoring team, who will be integral to the success of our national sales strategy, ensuring that we have a consistent, joined-up approach to managing our customer base. The role will proactively manage and grow the Test and Monitoring revenue nationally, collaborating and liaising with the full SBR Regional, National and dedicated focus teams. The role involves working alongside the field and internal based teams and is fundamental in supporting our revenue & growth through a solution lead approach.
Key Responsibilities ;
- Growing Test & Monitoring revenue and profit streams by supporting our National, Local & Regional customers creating and closing new sales opportunities by engaging in field sales, specialist functions and operations in delivering account plans and resolving customer issues.
- Develops and drives new product awareness across the network, upskilling colleagues and stimulating customer demand by becoming a trusted advisor.
- Offers specialist technical support and site survey advice supporting both depot network and sales teams where required on joint visits.
- Preparing presentations and quotations
- Work with team and Supports National BDM in delivering against agreed account plans that maximise T&M’s revenue across all preferred supply opportunities covered in our Agreements to target end users and specific accounts using detailed account strategy plans and a solution lead approach.
- Supports on campaign management and product specific focus for target accounts.
- Embrace social media fully and utilise effectively to grow personal profile, customer network and Sunbelt Rentals awareness.
- To deliver a high level of customer service in partnership with Service Centres and Business Sales Teams.
