Due to the continued expansion of our Film & TV operation and the subsequent opening of the Sunbelt Film & TV London Head Quarters we are recruiting dedicated industry professional to further develop our Commercial and Short form customer base.

You will be tasked with managing and establishing strong relationships with production companies and freelance technical crew. It will be required that you develop a unique understanding of the customers’ needs and interpret them correctly throughout the life of the project, handling the account from first enquiry to invoice.

Core Responsibilities

• Using company rental software, you will book, manage and fulfil hire requirements ensuring information to the preparation team is accurate and timely, guaranteeing that the end users experience is an exceptional one.
• Forging and establishing relationships with production crew to create revenue opportunities.
• Provide information of your current live hires to the senior management team and ensure your contracts are financially accurate.
• Provide support to the marketing team in supporting the Sunbelt Film & TV Brand.
• Maintain an awareness of all bookings within the camera and lens department to enable a first-class experience for all customers and clients.
• Travel & client entertainment will be expected as you develop this area of the business.

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

• A solid knowledge and understanding of camera and lens rental within the commercial and short form sector of the Film & TV industry.
• Be able to advise and offer input on Capex and ensure investments are well utilised.
• Excellent attention to detail, presentation and organisational skills.
• A Solid understanding of MS Office
• You will have a good telephone manor and communicate well with your team and have the ability to speak confidently in groups.
• Excellent negotiating skills with clients.
