About The Role

We are currently looking for an Asset Coordinator to join our friendly Power team! 

The role will be to support the business drive operational excellence and efficiency throughout the Energy Solutions business unit focussing on Asset and Service data.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  •  Support the business achieve their utilisation targets and aspirations
  •  Support the business to ensure our assets remain compliant
  • Provide analytical support and advice to the Power Business unit
  • Support continual improvement
  • Form pro-active relationships with the depot network
  • Provide reports to the business to ensure operational excellence
  • Ensure all new assets are on boarded into the Power business correctly and efficiently
  • Monitor and report on adherence of company assets counts
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
This is a hybrid role and some travel may be required with advance notice

What you will need to bring to the role from day one to the role:

  • Experience in the hire industry (Power preferred)
  • Ability to manage and analyse large data sets
  • Understanding of hire products and services
  • Experience in asset management and compliance
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products especially Microsoft excel
  •  Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive “can do” attitude to work
  • Works collaboratively with other departments to overcome challenges
