We now have a fantastic Technical Support and Training opportunity within the Survey division. Your principle accountabilities will be:-
• Deliver training courses at customer sites or at one of our nationwide Survey Training Centres.
• Plan, prepare and tailor training content based on customer needs and equipment requirements.
• Work confidently with multiple manufacturers including Leica, Trimble, and Topcon.
• Provide Technical Support remotely and on site, using strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the Sales Team by providing technical expertise during customer demonstrations, product evaluations, and pre-sales discussions.
• Assist with generating and qualifying leads through technical conversations, customer visits, and product demos.
• Prepare technical documentation, equipment specifications, and solution proposals to support sales activities.
• Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and Demo Days, representing the company and supporting sales engagement.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to share market feedback, customer insights, and product performance information.
• Act as a key part of a dynamic team and contribute actively in team meetings.
• Be willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
