We have an exciting role for a Sales Director to join the Survey Team who will be integral to the success of our national sales strategy, ensuring that we have a consistent, joined-up approach to managing our customer base. There really couldn’t be a better time to join, as you’ll make the key decisions, shape the strategy and implement your growth plan.
In the role of Regional Sales Director covering North England and Scotland you will work in conjunction with the Regional Director to develop and deliver a growth plan for your region, and also with the National Rental Sales Director, to implement a consistent sales management process and approach to the market place. In addition you will also work closely with the Head of Central Sales and their telesales team to maximise the opportunity to develop revenue and relationships with our smaller customers.
Your key responsibilities will include providing both strategic and tactical leadership and direction to the Regional Sales Team to ensure that sales targets are achieved and exceeded, our technical experts are utilised effectively, and an exceptional customer experience is delivered.
Key success criteria will include:
- Exceed revenue target and budget expectations by growing sales / improving discount margins / improving ROI
- Recruiting and developing an outstanding sales team within their region
- Working collaboratively across the whole sales organisation in Sunbelt Rentals
- Increasing the customer base
- Improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer complaints / queries
- Reducing customer attrition rates
- Effectively utilise our planned CRM processes
